So I’ve seen quite a few Q&As about brown Anime characters… this also has been a concern for me in the past since my skin is brown (which i love ♥ ^_^ ♥)
Anywho… here is a list of some FEMALE brown Anime characters that I think young women such as myself can do! So pretty much, if you’re Black then these girlies will work for you… but you’re gonna have to get a wig (and probably some contacts)! Although there are lots of characters, I decided to stick to the major and important minor characters. You guys can do more research for yourselves if you want to find more! I just wanted to throw out some ideas for everyone cause there is a lot of opportunity for us now! Take advantage of it!!! (like the sexy Brazilian Anime Michiko to Hatchin for instance!)
*Have dark eyes and need suggestions for contacts? Check out these styles: FreshColorblends by CibaVision or get your contacts on http://www.colorlens4less.com/ (they’re SUPER cheap and have the most AMAZING colors for all kinds of eyes… they’re based in China so the contacts are good for dark eyes.)*
*Want to wear a wig? Just french braid your hair into about 5 to 7 braids, put a mesh wig cap completely over your braids, place the wig over your head and then use bobby pins to keep your wig in place. I use around 15 to 20 for my Kaolla Su wig. Look how it turned out on my “About Me” page!*
*You can choose which Anime character to be depending on how light or dark you are (for instance, I will probably not cosplay as Mikoto Minagi but my cousin has her complexion so she could) . The nice thing is, Anime has a little bit of both!*
